I know I'm late on this but I'll be posting nevertheless. This is more of an excuse to talk about DJ Khalil the producer of this track. I first heard of DJ Khalil on Nas' unreleased track "What It Is." The song strips down any bells and whistles or gimmicks and demonstrates the full prowess of proper sampling. This Clips track and that Nas track are definitely head nodders which exemplify a great hip-hop track. Definitely that slow creep music hittin the block in the whip.
